I never had Dish Network for my internet but I do have Direct TV for my tv which bundles with Verizon DSL. Freaking 3 expansions in a row with level increase. Not only is that over burning on grinding, but frankly I hate beating the previous expansion because we got increased level and the group gear we're farming is on par to the 3rd/4th tier we're raiding /sigh
