How does a casual guild DO THAT STUFF ?

Eternal Sovereign has come a long way for a "casual" guild, much further than the casual players over at whineplay will admit is possible. We're pushing deep in to Uqua, churning out epics, seeing alot of our members hit level 70 and tonight we beat our best time clearing time (4 hours 55 minutes from zone in to P1 to Quarms corpse hitting the floor).
Everyone thinks that raid guilds are these hard core, almost military like entities where you have to devote yourself to raiding 36 hours a day, 8 days a week and you'd better find time to exp as well. ES isn't like that, we have very few rules regarding raiding, no minimums, nothing says X days a week or your out, generally our raids are kind of free-form, folks show up when they can, leave when they need to, yet MOBs all over Norrath are falling all over themselves to meet us, or at least they fall over when they do. So the question is, how do we do it...
No fancy pictures tonight...
No mile long lists of loot...
Tonight, I'm going to give you a rare glimpse in to ES's internal forums, where you just might find the answer...
In case you are wondering, he was still there, waving, hailing, playing resists and moving around like a drunken sailer when Quarm died.

If I hail you... please buff me... And Im buying a new keyboard tommrow.
The answer is simple, good leaders and alot of players like Johrune who are simply too tenacious to quit when things dont go their way.Ok for the love of God I need to set a code. Just for this one time raid.
Whoever reads this tell the guild ASAP.
I have a few hot keys I can click to communicate.
a wave means thanks or yes.
a hail means buff me.
I have a few voice macros as well.
