Eternal Sovereign Vaccinates Locals

Well there's been a deadly cold has been going around as of late, and Eternal Sovereign did the civil thing for some inhabitants of Norrath. We traveled around a bit, and offered a Vaccine for those who were infected with the deadly cold.
While we were wondering around we saw an input into the personal life of Agnarr the Storm Lord and his family.

Unfortunatly, the Vaccine did not work and he passed away a few days later along with former Emporer Ssraeshza, and Lord Mithaniel Marr. Local Biochemist Newbrow Fearshadow adds to the inquery.
"The Vaccine was contaminated with somthing very strange" Dr. Fearshadow stated. "It contained a large amount of of the chemical compound C(17)H(19)NO(3)?H(2)O, which is extracted from common street drug; Opium."
