Guilds are Missing!

Something has gone very wrong during October, and as of today's patch many many guilds are missing. Eternal Sovereign was caught by this bug as well. Information can be found on the official EQ forums here:

We're currently waiting on a response from DBG about the issue.
Update: RadarX posted in the above thread that there will be a maintenance window tonight to resolve this issue.
