I had a level 1 Rogue decked out in all velious gear with around 1500 hp. Ran him out to all the zones at level 1 to pick up the no drop items. Unfortunately, he was deleted during one of those character purges they had a while back where characters that were less than level 20 and not played in X months got deleted.

Lies. The Sigil Earring of Veracity was a pain in the ass quest from Luclin that required doing plenty of faction hits if I remember correctly.

Or maybe I'm just jealous that a bard 99 levels lower than me has better gear than I do.

that seams like a lot of seru drops ... hes easy to kill but hard to find up
