What's the chances of 4th and 5th graders liking this song?

Might have to go with this instead, but I like the easy guitar on the first, maybe both. I know they'd like this second one, its just a matter of getting a ham to do the solo.

You can't do Let the Sunshine In without a killer bass behind it. If it's just guitar + 4th/5th graders, do I Love a Rainy Night, it's a mostly unision song with mostly melodic singing, not a lot of jumps, easy for beginners.

Not completely comparing, but more people are telling me that they like this song. Just wondering if kids that age would like that song in anyone's opinion.
