Need some serious help please!

ok, so when i start up my computer it starts loading windows then it freezes, after it starts back up it beeps pauses and then beeps again the first is high pitched the second is low pitched and then i get an error message.

Anyone have any ideas....i can't do a system restore....i can't get it into safemode.....i can't do anything the only options is gives me are Startup Repair, which doesn't work, Sstem Restore, which doesn't work, System Image REcovery, i don't have a recovery set up, Windows Memory Diagnostic which freezes during the setup, and then Command Prompt....i really don't want to have to re-install windows bu if i have to i will have a lo of stuff saved on this computer any insight will be awesome, Thank You!

Beeps normally come from the BIOS and indicate a low-level problem.
With the power cord unplugged, make sure all of the components are properly seated on the motherboard.
Also make sure all of your fans (especially CPU fan) are working and not clogged with lint.

See if you can go into the BIOS and "load optimized defaults". Also check the temperatures from the BIOS.

tried loading the optimized defaults and then saved but getting the same problem....i blew out all the dust in all the fans and they are all spinning normal and the internal temp is 35 celsius and the remote temp is 33 celsius

You could install a cheap small 2nd hd. Point your bios to start from it then copy what you want from the 1rst drive, then format it. Sounds like a virus to me. You haven't let your dad play on ur computer have u?

i went on vacation and my pops reset my computer and it wasn't working when i got back =-( stupid updates

You can trying booting your windows master disk and doing a "recovery install".
