Anyone else doing Rift Beta? i'm playing a riftstalker/bladedancer/marksman on the guardian faction

I will be trying it out when I get a chance, its release date is march 1st, so That is something else that will occupy my majorly limited time already lol

Also, wtf is with I'm playing a here/are/a/bunch/of/classes on this server? Are they really trying to let you be everything you want plus a bottle of duck sauce?

You can blend classes together, based on how many soul points you spend in each one. Each class is called a soul, and you have a group of them within a base, such as a rogue has 6 souls you can choose from but you can only blend 3 souls maximum together. It actually is one of Rifts strong points, the options are staggering and affect how your game play goes. For instance, now that I have Marksman, my ranged dps is far outstripping my melee dps and I can kill mobs before they get to me. I may end up putting more soul points into the Marksman soul as I level up and increase that dps even further. However, there are penalties, as the Riftstalker soul is the tank portion, and the less points I put in there, the easier it is for mobs to kill me if they get close enough to melee me. My original plan was for the bladedancer for melee dps, riftstalker to bolster my tanking, and assassin for stealth, however, i went with Marksman instead, and I am really liking it.
Not skipping raids for Rift though, the next beta doesn't start til next week.
Rift really hasn't done a lot that is new to veteran MMO players, but what they have done is make it polished and blended a lot of the best of the MMO's together, I have yet to find a quest that is broken anywhere. It has to be the smoothest beta I have ever seen, and if the live game is just as good, they might have a winner on their hands here. I guess time will tell with the server population after it's been out a while and it stabilizes.

The duck sauce is the best part!! 
Marksman has a weapon like a gun, though it looks more like a blow gun that I saw in the Philippines.. One char I created I liked was Ranger/Saboteur, but I see the Saboteur is not available .. nor is the Druid which I comboed with Cleric.. I would mostly play Rift for fun.. There is a Beastlord in there somewhere. too .. who has a very ugly cat companion...
I have NO plan to play Rift seriously .. I do not like guns in my games, or PVP ...

Hey so like I got a guild invite VIP code let people play in the remaining beta's if anyones intrested Closed beta 5 runs from this Tuesday threw Friday, this code is good for 24 more people so if anyone wants.
