Okay . . . so I remember ALONG time ago, there was an EQIM of some type. I recall it being very short lived, but I seemed to also recall (and it gets fuzzy here) that you could 1) participate in guildchat with it and 2) it could use any generic IM client.

Am I so far off base it isn't even funny? Ultimately, I have just gone to the darkside and purchased an iPhone. There are lots IM clients for the iPhone and I think it would be neat to get guild chat on it.

Anyone?

there used to be an EQim but it was cancelled. I used it all the time at work to chat with ESO and other friends years ago. Was sad to see it go.

There is now ........ station launcher ..... or something or other. I used a few weeks ago. You can msg people in game and not BE in game.

I remember the EQIM too. it was good.
