How do I post an image?

I can post a link with words indicating that cause I just look up my signature, but could some please post the exact code listing that shows me how to just post an image here? From the FA-Q's! I see that I have to use "img" in some capacity.

i just store my image on photobucket.com or a similar site, that generates the code for posting automatically. photobucket is free for limited space, but you can pay for more if you want.
