How do you Link your Magelo in text on this site?

Codes seem to vary from website to website.

Could someone please type out the code that allows one to link a site please to words in our signatures?

Edit: Well I was able to find the answer to the first question by searching through the FAQ's

I am having problems with my avatar link in my profile. When I click submit, it disapears. Any hints on what to do there?
