My search is over and I've chosen the site for our ES Reunion.
The Hotel Preston in Nashville, TN offered us by far the best deal for nightly lodging with all the amenties we will need.

I'm reserving a block of 30 rooms (15 King/15 Double). Simply contact The Hotel Preston at 615-361-5900 and let them know you are with the "ES Group". First come/first serve.
