How long do accounts remain unactivated? (Before deletion that is)

I think it was stated as 4-6ish months?

I highly doubt an account with any sort of notable character (as in over level 30 or similar) will be deleted within at least a year's span.

I think Sony guarantees 3 months but many have logged in after more than 3 months and their character was still there.

I started playing EQ right after the Kunark expansion came out, quit for 3 years, and all my toons were still in tact. Came back around the 5th year anniversary.

I'm sure you can get your toons back. I'd wager that if you activate and log-in, they're waiting for you. At the very least, customer service could get them for you from a backup.

I was off for almost a year because of financial troubles, then computer troubles, then more financial troubles.. and I got back on no prob. Don't think they actually delete it unless its unactive for at least a year, i did get a card sometime in that time, but for 5-6 months for sure i was out. so you should be ok

I think I'll be returning within in the month, but Im still a little unsure, I'd love to return to all my friends and have a blast once again, but looking at the roster I get the feeling Im not really needed
