If you have a monster system with 16+ cores GINA may not start up.

Workaround:
Since this is a click-once app, I had to rummage through the appdata folder to find the Gina.exe program.
Once located, use a command-line tool to execute "Start /Affinity 1 gina.exe" which starts Gina but limits it to 1 CPU core. Then go to the "performance" tab and disable cores 13+
Help! Gina crashes when I start it.
