I saw the ad for that, but apparently the company has serious issues filling orders/may be a scam.

That's too bad. I'm not big on displaying EQ stuff around the house but I would have considered that something to hang up on a wall in my 'cave'.

Do you think someone made ONE of those quilts or do you think they somehow photoshop'ed the EQ stuff on top of some blank to make it look real?

That pic looks photoshopped to me. But I am no expert.

I read a lot of reviews. Some people did end up getting quilts, but they smelled vaguely of chemicals and frayed easily. So they could have made one of the quilts.
