Members are expected to be fair, courteous, and respectful of each other as well as to other individuals and guilds at all times. Members are not permitted to violate the EULA and must adhere to the Daybreak Games Rules of Conduct. Harassment, hate speech, and purposefully inflammatory comments will not be tolerated.

Pride of membership requires display of the Eternal Sovereign tag at all times. When grouping with members of the community, remember that your actions reflect on the guild. Members are expected to maintain and improve the guild's good reputation at all times.

Anonymous and Roleplay

Use of /anon generally signifies discontent or unethical activity and is not permitted at any time.
Use of /role is allowed but is not permitted during raids to facilitate proper awarding of DKP and attendance.

Guild Channels

Guild channels include /guild and /rsay, chat channels established by the guild for raid coordination, and the message board at

The following topics are prohibited in guild channels
1) arguments or personal attacks
2) sexually explicit language
3) excessive swearing or vulgarity
4) excessive discussion of controversial political, religious, or social issues

You are of course free to discuss prohibited topics on your own time or in private channels but they are not appropriate for guild channels.

Eternal Sovereign has a zero tolerance policy for harassment, defined as:
1) Unwelcome language or behavior based on race, religion, sex, gender/gender identity, nationality, age, or disability
2) In-game behavior such as camp stealing, intentional training, unwarranted petitioning/reporting, or intentional use of abusive or threatening language

We understand that misunderstandings and unintentionally hurtful behavior can happen. When they do, try to resolve the issue reasonably and respectfully. If you feel that you are in an escalating situation, contact an officer immediately. DO NOT retaliate. You will be held accountable for YOUR actions.

Members are expected to do their best to avoid disputes with other players, whether inside or outside the guild. In the event a dispute arises that cannot be quickly resolved to the satisfaction of all parties involved, members are expected to excuse themselves from the situation and bring the issue to the attention of an officer as soon as reasonably possible (within 24 hours). To protect YOUR good Reputation and everyone's Privacy, keep the issue between yourselves and officers only. Do not discuss your problem with other guild members who were not involved.

Complaint Officer

The complaint officer is the primary focal point for assistance in resolving issues between guild members. The complaint officer is expected to a be neutral mediator and attempt to resolve issues in a way that is fair and agreeable to all parties involved by: considering both sides of the disagreement, gathering supporting information, and consulting with other officers as necessary to amicably resolve the issue. If one or more parties are in violation of guild policies they will be asked to take corrective action. If necessary, the complaint officer will work with the guild leader to take appropriate action for more serious issues.

Sweet is sleep to me and even more to be of stone,
While the wrong and shame endure.
To be without sight or sense is a most happy change for me,
Therefore do not rouse me. Hush! Speak low. --Michelangelo
