well the problem was that somehow my audio driver had gotten removed..

the icon was showing no audio output device was installed..

Solution <which> was to download my aduio driver made a new folder extracted the files there in the folder < since just clicking the downloaded icon didn't work> then went into safe mode and installed the drivers

Think someone else was having issues with EQ audio a couple weeks ago.

ahh k i know mine was total audio,,eq audio might be eq file related i am thinking
