cannot get on, getting whole bunch of cannot find socket xx

Hi everyone,

anyone else having trouble trying to get on? when I enter my information and hit install I get a huge error message saying cannot download socket. xxxxx multiple times ! help

same here. we got on by doing the bypass of the patch server
