Yes to all the above.
They contain nicotine and other toxic chemicals, like antifreeze.
They have no long term testing.
They can cause pneumonia and other lung problems.
They come in cherry, vanilla and other flavors in an attempt to lure in young buyers.
A quick google of the question will tell you they are not what the people making big bucks off them would have you believe.

They are most likely better for you than smoking, but quitting is best of course.
