for those up and coming alts of yours, ive found most of these in the bazaar for roughly 50k, they have decent AC and either tons of hp or mana..

best of all they are not attunable/lore

Sucks that they require lvl 95.

lol yeah, but some of us have some toons we are leveling that are just around that, but those stats for 50k is insane I think, 2800hp/mana tons of ac compared to the group stuff
