I thought the Mayan prophecy was that we would be entering a age of enlightenment not the destruction of mankind. More like a renewal of spirituality in ourselves and the world. Since how things are now in what we do and with the world is desperately out of sync with what God/Oneness/Creator/Higher Power intended for us. Also its suppose to be the 5th time that this world has reached this cycle. Supposedly in this cycle the demons/negative energy/whatever you would like to call it will be removed from this world (this is not just in the Christian culture but in hundreds of cultures pre and post).
But like anything that grows to rapidly and suddenly there will be growing pains involved. As for the end of man-kind that is mostly hype the media uses to catch the attention of its audiences. That is not what the Mayan prophecy is saying at all. (Anyone else think something is wrong that we would rather hear about the end of the world instead of the rebirth? :) )

One of the interesting relics of the past to look into is the Great Pyramid of Giza. It also happens to be the most advanced technology that is on this earth (Yes way more advanced then a super computer ;) ). Recent Russian scientist have found some very interesting facts about these pyramids and what they really do. Plus the mere fact that we couldn't replicate this pyramid even if we tried with our current technology. Something to think about...

All in all I'm excited about the date if something happens that will be cool if not that is cool to.
I would sport that shirt though pretty awesome!

What happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object?

Both force and object have its origins from the same source.
Everything from the source into the universe is in constant motion, from the seen to the unseen.

An unstoppable force has no walls, no limits to restrain it, and is completely free to make anything happen.

Then the immovable object is a lie to uncover, to discover the truth..THERE IS NO SPOON ;)

My understanding is that there is no Mayan prophecy, their calendar just ran out. If the Mayans were still around, I am sure they would have extended it. It is the equivalent to looking at your 2012 calendar and saying the world ends because there is nothing after December 31st.

Pruviel, good to see your post, even though you are selling shirts. We will be here for you if you return to EQ, assuming that I am wrong about what I said about the phrophecy.

That's pretty much it, vowels. The whole end of the world thing was just a hype campaign for that 2012 movie that came out a year or so ago.

ok lets all be very clear here the Mayan calendar does NOT end in 2012 its a cyclical calendar its just that 2012 is the end of the cycle and it goes back to the start. the Mayan never said it was the end of anything beyond that astrogical cycle.
