Has anyone had issues with zoning a character into guild hall or guild lobby as of late?
Every so often, when I try to zone in to either -- EQ itself locks up, and I seemingly get a memory leak. Have to then task manager quit eq and try to relaunch.
This morning @ 820am I was going to help Temtas with something on Cats, attempted to zone into guild hall.. and bam, eq locked up. 8 attempts later, still no luck getting in. I was finally able to get into the Lobby on grey, then tried to relog cats. Again, crash.

I think there's some general Sony problem going on right now. Pings are sometimes about 100mS higher than normal. Yesterday we had slow log-ins in both GL an GH on multiple accounts.
On the other hand, Drunk's got the grand guild hall absolutely maxed out on items right now.

My guess is with the influx of free players, they are having hardware or load balancing issues. I wouldn't be surprised if log in levels were pre at least one of the server mergers.
I also wouldn't be surprised if hardware was cannibalized for other uses as playerbase dropped and now they need that hardware power back.

I have started using the old GH again, because it takes me 5 minutes to zone into the GGH now. It has always taken a little longer to zone in than the old GH, but lately something is different. My EQ screen just freezes and sits there, with no activity whatsoever for a real long time. Then I will suddenly see the loading bars and messages etc... Then finally zone in.

That's if you use the wooden door, and how it's supposed to work because it's an object that you place, not a door.
