just cleaned up the basement in brooklyn, and now we've had non stop rain in binghamton for a week and they might declare a state of emergency in my town. 400 people in my town are without power at the moment and god knows my luck we're next.

Hopefully Binghamton won't get as bad as in 2006. Huge flooding that year, some are worried this year might get worse though.
