Now the 6150 SE graphic chip (note chip not card) is crap for gaming. I was told when I bought it that I could just swap the graphic card out of my old machine and put it in my new one, I installed my old one in my old PC so I figured it'd be no problem, but when I went to swap 'em today, my old card is too big (doesn't fit the slots it's an old AGP card)
So I guess now I"m looking for a new graphics card. Any recomendations?

Also my old PC used a 450watt Power source, this new one is only 300 do you guys think it's enough or should I swap /or upgrade that too?

So far I've found
EVGA GeForce 9500 GT Video Card - 1GB DDR2, PCI Express 2.0, SLI Support, (Dual Link) Dual DVI, HDTV, VGA Support

Anyone know if that's any good?

That video card would support EQ, but I'd definitely recommend swapping the power supplies. The higher end graphics card you go the more power it tends to suck. Those things can be hogs.

it's the exact card i use; i like it alot. the 512 version of that card is nice too use to have it before i upgraded and gave my old one to my boyfriend.

i run a 500w Power Supply; that 300 worries me a bit.

300W PSU from a good brand with a good enough amperage on the 12V rail would not bother me one bit. eMachines used to use the most generic power supplies available with shitty 12V rails.

Look at the sticker on the PSU and note the 12V rail amperages. That's what will restrict you from having enough juice for your PSU. 300W should be plenty for that processor, a single hard drive, and a 9000 series nVidia.

Edit: Assuming enough power, I would vote for a 9800GTX if it's in your budget. They are pretty cheap these days. I use one now, though it's a full length PCI so you'll have to make sure it will fit in that case.
