Everything is running better so far.
I get a little better from EQ.
I love that little minimized window thing where it consolidates all the windows of the same app into one tab on the bottom and you move your mouse over it and it phases the screen to that window you have your mouse over super smoothly.
I'm still going through my game library but just about every game I have that doesn't work or hasn't worked from ME up to Vista has worked so far. With no compatibility turned on too.

I hope dreamscene is going to be usable in this. I never did get to try that.

Oooh I spent hours today playing Knights of the Old Republic 1&2, Battlefront 2, Starship Troopers.
And I jumped up dancing when Rohgziel reminded me I have Mechwarrior 4... Man... I havent seen that game ever run this good. Turned all the way up, every setting...woooooooo~ Beautiful~!

So far i'm sold here!

stick with 7.0 dont upgrade yet to 7.1.... 7.1 has a few bugs which pissed me off so I switched back to 7.0 oh and if you have Norton you may run into a few issues as well which causes some wicked crazy software incompatibility

I use panda and the only issue it has is reporting the update status of its signature files to windows. At least that's what Windows says. But no big deal, I just run auto updating every morning when I get home from work.

Using Ultimate Release candidate.

What issues did you see with the RC version Gadj?

I've got Win7 RC running on 4 systems now.
