New Card and options editor

I just got a N7600GS. EQ knows I have it, because it told me what drivers to download before I entered the game; however if I run my options editor it doesn't list my new card as an option to use.

Actually it's stranger than that! I have three ways to get to the options editor:

1. Everquest folder.. this options editor only allows me to choose the old intel card I had several years ago.

2. Sony folder.. this options editor only allows me to choose the next to the last radeon 9250 I had for a few years.

3. Everquest No patch.. I can select options on the window before I laugh the game. When I click on the no patch, before I downloaded my new drivers, I got a message that I should update, with a link to the driver on NVDIA's website. After doing so it still only gives me the option of choosing the nonexistant Radeon 9250.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I am running windows XP.

P.S I have no sense of humor right now about this particular subject.

1. Open up both of your EQ directories, view details and figure out which one has the most recent versions of eqgame. exe and eggborn_bertox.ini. Delete the entire other directory.
2. In the remaining (new) directory, deliete the file "eqhardware.ini".

Re-run optionseditor and you should be all set.
