Custom Interface Won't Load

My custom interface won't load and it loads default. The interface I use is the Pro UI that came out when Sony did the big revamp of the UI and gave us new spell icons and changed some of the boxes. but I have updated every patch by copying the new UI files and it has evolved into a UI that is almost the default, but with three major exceptions:

1. Old spell icons
2. 2x4 hot button box, not the 1x8
3. Old horizontal EQ menu still up (one with all the boxes for options, friends, mail, help, etc..

When I look at the log files, I get the failure when my character UI file starts up. Get message that my UI cannot load and it loads the default.

I went to the eqinterface web site and there is a fix posted, but it did not wor for me (chagning size of several windows in the interface UI file.)

I put all the new files into my custom UI directory and no luck.

Plan on waiting till tomorrow, maybe Sony will fix it, or a fix will be posted some place.
