Nothing is easy

Well i just bought TSS, and i did file check and checked in advanced and when i go to download it, it freezes and restarts the download after the first file. Made room and everything but didnt help any. Im sure the problem is simply fixed but i suxx0rs on computers. Any help appreciated

check and see if you have like spyware or protection program that's closing the port upon download. Might want to disable the program temporarily or have program allow port to remain open.

click do a system scan only
safe log
and copy/paste the stuff out of the log file here into forum
maybe its and known spyware and we can help

along the lines of what fazin is saying, it could also be a firewall. I know patchday was always fucked for me when I used ZA until I remembered that it messed with the patcher and turned it on to game mode.
