.wmv seems to be in negatives

.wmv seems to be in negatives
I often get .wmv in negative, but not always. JPGs seem to always be correct. I have downloaded RM several times now and Quiktime, to attempt to fix this, but nothing seems to work. Altho that kid's tantrum is obvious, it would be nice if it were normal instead of pink and green. Any ideas?
