It is fixed, it was the motherboard. Tinkered and tinkered with swapping stuff out, no cure. Finally got new MB, it is nearly identical to old one (same Gigabyte line of MBs, same chipset, etc..). Built it up with all the original original components (CPU, HD, video card, PS, RAM) and it works grea...
