I stopped watching the news on TV when I discovered the internet. Now I just read the "Odd News" section on Yahoo. I think that covers pretty much everything important that goes on in the world.

I actually really liked the movie. The book is wonderfully long and involved, and I thought that they did a good job condensing it into a film.
