You create the audio triggers in the game.

Click the EQ button -> Actions -> Audio Triggers.

Type the word pattern in the box, then drop down to choose a sound, then click 'Create'.

On the Launcher, you can choose Games -> Game Preferences from the menu. For the Install location, browse to the folder where you put your old files.

Nice to see that I'm not the only one who plays in the nude.
