to even enter anguish you must have signets / turn in completed, there are 7 (hollows, catacombs, sewers, MPG, RSS, RCoD, WoS). if you dont have these done you cannot zone in. after you have signets done you can be gimped (willed in bert speak) into the zone, and all the big mobs (ture, kth, jelvan,...
