It still won't allow me to log in as shontelli......I get this message: "Sorry, but your password cannot be retrieved because your account is currently inactive. Please contact the forum administrator for more information." Please help me resolve this.....I need my ES fix and info updates....

I have somehow managed to mess up my log in as Shontelli. I was having problems and did a password reset, which finally worked..............when I went back to change my password back to the original it appears I mistyped my email address, still learning with this laptop. Now it refuses to recognize...
