When I had that I did system restore to previous date and it solved it

An easy try is to go to system restore and restore to previous date that did not have problem

I just logged onto the character I wanted and clicked upgrade

you can get free upgrade to 85

Did system restore and it fixed it

"Unable to write to C/users/Everquest
File may be in use or necessary permission"

Any ideas on what to do?

Hooked up my old computer - its working fine
Taking new computer to shop to see whats wrong

Tried to uninstall and reinstall now wont even do that
