i'ts a known bug. I think next patch has UI fixes incoming. it's nice that they acknowledge its a bug, but seriously, this crap needs better Q/A. I'm sure im not the only one who got aggrivated with having to re-arrange my ui to load spells this way. and im definitely not the only person thats gett...
